The price depends on the type and complexity of your matter, the specialist's seniority and specialization, and, for standard services, the options you choose such as urgency, scope and volume. For matters without a fixed price, the specialist sets the price through Announce Auction or an agreed price after an initial minimum payment.

You receive an instant confirmation by email and a private messaging channel with your specialist opens immediately. Your booking is officially confirmed once your payment is received.

Our manager starts working on your request immediately, within 4 hours at most. Your specialist's work begins as soon as your payment is confirmed and the messaging channel opens.

The price you paid covers the scope shown at checkout. If your matter requires additional work because of unforeseen complications or work outside the original scope, your specialist will discuss it with you first. Any additional work must be booked and paid for separately and is never added automatically.

Yes. You can pay for someone else. After or during payment, tell our manager who the service is for, and we will set up their own account and move the case there.
